Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Prinomi, provided by Aykut Sarıgül ("Prinomi"). By signing up you accept them.

The service

Prinomi is an order, production and shipping service for canvas sellers on Etsy. You connect your shop, add products, buy shipping labels for your orders, approve the print file and pay. Printing and shipping are carried out by Prinomi and its production partners.

Your account

  • Sign up requires a name, email, phone and password; your email is verified with a code.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Records of suspended accounts are kept.

Plans

  • The Starter plan is free. Other plans are monthly and priced in US dollars.
  • Plan prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout and the amount is converted to Turkish lira at the daily exchange rate.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay the difference for the remaining days.
  • When a plan ends, adding products, buying labels and paying for orders stop. Orders already paid are still produced and shipped.

Orders and payment

  • Each order is paid for separately. Unpaid orders are not produced or shipped.
  • Card payments go to production right away; bank transfers after the receipt is approved.
  • Production and shipping prices include VAT. Invoices are issued separately after payment.

Content and responsibility

  • You are responsible for the copyright and trademark rights of the images you upload. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
  • Your Etsy listings, prices and messages with buyers are your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of buyer addresses. Address validation warnings are for information only.

Interruptions and liability

We work to keep the service running without interruption, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as Etsy, carriers or the payment provider. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
